Please join us for a conversation on digital media. Where do we stand today? What is the vision for how digital media will continue to change the face of how we consume news?

Before joining CNBC Digital, McCracken was the Executive Editor at Bloomberg. Before that he was a business reporter for The Wall Street Journal. McCracken has grown the CNBC.com newsroom from 25 employees to a staff of 60, plus contractors. And the good news is - he's still growing the digital sphere at CNBC.

Under McCracken CNBC.com's mission has evolved and grown to focus on breaking news. He has fostered synergy between digital and TV so his reporters often present their exclusive stories on the TV channel.
