The New York Press Club Foundation Conference on Journalism, Saturday, September 7
The New York Press Club Foundation will be hosting its annual journalism conference on Saturday, September 7 at the NYU Kimmel Center, 60 Washington Square South. Doors open at 8:30 a.m for breakfast; Conference begins at 9 a.m. Tickets are on sale now.
Guest speakers will include journalists from CNN, CBS, NY1, BuzzFeed, The New York Times, the Financial Times, and more.
Attendees are invited to join us for a morning of seven panels followed by lunch and the Keynote Address by Pulitzer Prize winning New York Times investigative reporter Russell Buettner. Buettner, along with two colleagues, won the 2019 Pulitzer Prize in Explanatory Writing for “an exhaustive 18-month investigation of President Donald Trump’s finances that debunked his claims of self-made wealth and revealed a business empire riddled with tax dodges.” Russ Buettner will be interviewed by Azi Paybarah of The New York Times.
